The following storage units are to be sold in accordance with Utah code 38-8-4. Each unit will be sold as an entire unit to the highest bidder. Inventory was taken from outside the unit. The unit was sealed and will remain sealed until the day of the auction.

UNIT 213-  Contents include but are not limited to: Fridge, Range Oven, Couch, and Toy Four Wheeler.

UNIT 323- Contents include but are not limited to: Desk, Desk Chair, Side Table, and Misc. Boxes.

UNIT 403- Contents include but are not limited to: Misc. Boxes, Leather Love Seat, and T.V.

UNIT 407- Contents include but are not limited to: Coffee Table, AC Unit, T.V., Misc. Totes, and Sewing Machine.

UNIT 904- Contents include but are not limited to: Two Kid Bikes, Washer/Dryer, and Strollers.

UNIT 1002- Contents include but are not limited to: Three Wheeler Frame. 

UNIT 1117- Contents include but are not limited to: Fridge, Cabinet, Furniture, and Misc. Boxes.

You might not be surprised to learn that most people when they first come in to rent don't know what size of Unit they need to get! This is why when you come into our office, you may prefer to see the units in person. This makes it easier to picture how much space you will need to store your belongings. It is for this reason that we have this lovely golf cart (or as we like to call it our Chariot) to take around future customers to figure out exactly which size you will need!

Are you planning on storing your RV or Camper Trailers for the winter but are going to be using it for the hunting season? This year we are pre-leasing on our RV spots so you are guaranteed to have one when the hunting season is over.

 To pre-lease a spot is super fast and super easy. 

Come down to the office 874 West Utah Ave. Payson, Utah and we will give you a FREE tour so you can pick which spot you would like. Then come in give us your name and phone number and when you will be coming to get the spot. You will then put $10.00 down on the spot and when you come after the hunting season to get it the $10.00 goes towards the rent.
